Get to Know Me

Hello, I'm Taj—a devoted cyclist with a keen interest in unraveling the mysteries of human performance. My foray into the realm of sports science stemmed from a personal quest to optimize my training routine. Venturing into elite cycling competitions worldwide not only elevated my skills but also instilled a commitment: sharing my insights to assist others in reaching their fitness goals.


Expanding on this commitment, I pursued a master's degree in Kinesiology at Cal Poly Humboldt, specializing in exercise science and biomechanics. My focus? Exploring the full spectrum of the human body's capabilities, particularly in the domain of sports performance. Throughout my academic journey, I engaged in research, delving into the intricate details of both psychological and biomechanical aspects related to different exercises.

This research garnered recognition through the International Journal of Exercise Science Award for 2023, highlighting my steadfast dedication to advancing our understanding of human performance. As I look forward to continuing this exploration, my goal is to contribute valuable insights to the welcoming fitness community.
